Be Respectful: Treat all members and staff professionally. No harassment, hate speech, spamming, or excessive rudeness.,
Consequence: Violating this rule can lead to an immediate and permanent ban from our services.,
WHAT YOU BUY (THE LICENSE),
Ownership: All scripts, files, and code ("Products") remain the intellectual property of M Development.,
Usage: Your purchase grants a non-exclusive license for use on one (1) server/project only.,
Prohibitions: You may not share, re-sell, leak, or upload script files to third parties.,
Protection: Reverse-engineering or attempting to bypass licensing/encryption is strictly prohibited.,
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS,
No Chargebacks: Initiating a dispute without prior communication will result in an immediate permanent ban and revocation of all licenses.,
Refund Policy: All sales of digital goods are final.,
Exceptions: Refunds are only considered if a script is fundamentally broken and our support team cannot provide a fix. We do not refund for buyer’s remorse or third-party script conflicts.,
SUPPORT RULES,
Scope: We provide support exclusively for bugs or installation issues directly related to our Products.,
Limitations: We do not provide assistance for general server setup, other developers' scripts, or custom feature requests.,
Conduct: Abuse or harassment of support staff will result in a ban.,
DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY,
"As Is": Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% bug-free operation or compatibility with every unique server setup.,
Liability: M Development is not responsible for damages, profit loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our scripts.,
